Come and join us in the Theatre Bar at 7.30pm onwards this Wednesday for a social evening based round a reading of “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof”, the Tennessee Williams’ classic 1950’s family drama. We’ll read sections from the play with breaks in between to chat about it, or anything else for that matter, or get another drink from the bar. You can join in reading characters such as Brick, Big Daddy and Gooper in your “best” Southern States accent, or just listen in on Williams’ powerful play, thought to be his personal favourite.
Everyone is welcome including non-members. Come along at any time during the evening and join in reading, just listen or chat about the play. We look forward to seeing you.
