Calling all performers! An exciting part of our 2018 programme is Penrith Variety Performance, in which we want to showcase the full range of talent we have in Penrith Players.
We are looking for all kinds of acts, so whether you’re a magician waiting to be un-masked, a circus performer in need of a big top, a writer with plenty on the page but nothing on the stage, a dancer without a floor, or a singer with a voice to rival Julie Andrews herself, this is your chance to show it off.
We will also have various short dramatic pieces for our many incredible actors to bring to life. So, whatever your talent, we want to hear from you!

We will then be holding casting evenings at 7pm on Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th March to bring everyone together and let us see what you can do. Please let us know in your email which of these you would like to attend. The dates of the show are 4th – 7th July.
Equally, if you want to be involved, but don’t know exactly what you want to do, let us know and come along to a casting evening and we’ll get you fixed up with an item.
We can’t wait for this – it will be spectacular!
